A free writing website that allows users to post their work for review and to take a look at that of others. It's a registration site, but free. My work appears under the username bluewhite:

This site is hosted by Harper Collins, a UK publishing house. Registered users post portions of novels-in-progress for review by fellow authors. Authors compete for a handful of coveted slots that earn reviews from the HC editorial board. It is also a registration site, but is free as well.
